Aaron Michael Gant

Aaron Michael Gant, 37, of Knoxville, died Saturday, March 20, 2021.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 25, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. at Sardis Heard Funeral Home with the Reverend Russ Bozeman officiating.  The family will greet friends following the service.  In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Aaron’s name to your favorite charity.

Aaron was a loving husband, father, stepfather, son and brother and a good friend to many.  He enjoyed working with his chickens, fishing, and four-wheeling.  His first job was with Stinson Heating and Air. Most recently, he worked at Bennett Heating and Air.

Aaron is survived by his wife Shannon Fordham Gant of Knoxville; children, Ella Gant and Everett Gant; stepchildren, Kaitlyn Adkins, D.J. Maroney, and Aubrie Dukes; parents, Doug and Mary Lynn Cosby Gant; brother, Doug Gant, Jr.; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jeff and Patricia Fordham of Gray.

Aaron was preceded in death by his grandparents, J.C. and Nelda Thompson and James and Doris Gant and brother-in-law, Stephen Fordham.
