Blane Kyle Lazaurs

Blane Kyle Lazaurs, 34, of Macon, Georgia, passed away on April 11, 2025.  A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 18, 2025, at Sardis-Heard Funeral Home.  The family will greet friends one hour before the service. Instead of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s favorite charity.

Born in Macon on January 9, 1991, Blane was an avid outdoorsman and had a love for hunting and fishing that was only matched by his passion for sports. He was an avid Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Braves fan and shared the highs and lows of each season.

Blane was an excellent landscaper and took pride in his work.  He earned the nickname “Mr. Fix It” because he loved working with his hands and could fix anything.  He also enjoyed riding and working on motorcycles.

Blane will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Saylor Lazaurs, and the love of his life, Victoria Hill. Mother, Patricia Brinkley (Fred); sisters, Julia King (Alex) and Cheney Daniel (Evan).

Blane was preceded in death by his father, Herman Hollis Lazaurs; grandparents, Bennie and Katherine Powell, and Richard and Glenda Lazaurs; and stepbrother, Chris Brinkley.
