A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2024, at 11:00 AM, at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, 7070 Houston Road, Macon, Georgia 31216.
Charlotte Elaine was born on September 23, 1960, in Macon, Georgia, to the late Bobby Lee and Laura Frances Crosby. She attended Southwest High School and absolutely loved the Patriots Football games. She grew up in the same neighborhood as her sweetheart, Kenneth Reynolds, whom she later married in April of 1977. “Kenny” was the love of her life. Charlotte Elaine was not only blessed by marrying the love of her life, but also by their two children, Lee (Jennifer) and Amy (Saul), who blessed her and Kenny with six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She loved her daughter-in-law and son-in-law so much that she referred to them as her own children. She never missed any of the children’s or grandchildren’s games. She was their biggest fan and cheerleader.
Charlotte Elaine loved life. She enjoyed watching dirt-track racing, Macon Mayhem hockey games, and Georgia Bulldogs. She loved fishing, horses, and anything Native American. She also loved and cherished her fur baby, “BoBo”. Charlotte Elaine loved to travel to Daytona. Her favorite pastime was just sitting near the water and listening to the waves come ashore. She was loved dearly by her family, and she will be greatly missed. She is survived by her children, Kenneth Lee Reynolds (Jennifer) and Amy Nicole Gonzalez (Saul); her six grandchildren, Jeremy (Shae), Zachory, Alex, Gage, Jude, and Madison; her three great-grandchildren, Caedynn, Novaleigh, and Kenleigh; her sisters, Terry Wooten (Jessie) and Laurie Crosby; her brothers, Neal Crosby (Phyllis) and Tommy Crosby; her many nieces and nephews; and her companion, Preston Alford. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Kenneth Wayne Reynolds; and her sister, Cathy Heard.
