Dennis Leonard Lundy

Dennis Leonard Lundy, 90, of Macon, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, October 19, 2021. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 24, 2021, at the Sardis-Heard Funeral Home Barn, with Brad Marchman officiating. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service.

Mr. Lundy was an avid fisherman, hunter, and wood worker. He was also a skilled diesel mechanic and worked with the Macon Transit Authority for 40 years. He is a proud veteran and served with the 101st Airborne Division, Fort Jackson, South Carolina.

Mr. Lundy is preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Eva Lundy; his wife of 60 years, Emily LaDonna Lundy; and son, Dennis Keith Lundy.

Mr. Lundy is survived by his daughter, Cynthia (Robert) Moss; grandchildren, Bradley Keith Lundy, Logan Randal Moss, Jason (Jessica) Moss, Tanya (Gene) Brown; great grandchildren, Nicholas, Jordan, Paxton, and Ana.
