Grady Lee Burrell, Jr

Grady Lee Burrell, Jr., 79, of Juliette, Georgia, passed away Tuesday, November 9, 2021. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm on Sunday, November 14, 2021, at Lizella Baptist Church. Reverend Chris Minton will officiate the service. A private inurnment will be held at Andersonville National Cemetery.

Grady was a proud Veteran of the United States Air Force working as an Aircraft Electrician. He graduated from Stranahan High School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He was a dedicated employee for 37 years, with Southern Bell (AT&T).  He was also an avid car-enthusiast, highly decorated member of many car clubs. Grady was a member of Lizella Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife of thirty-three years, Echo Halstead Burrell; two children, Grady Lee Burrell, III (Terri) and        Lee Ann Burrell Griffin; grandchildren, Grady “Drew” Lee Burrell, IV, Bethany Burrell, Luke Griffin, Annalee Griffin Marsh (Alex), Levi Griffin, Abigail Griffin, Lydia Griffin, Seth Griffin, Reuben Griffin, Cameron Griffin; a brother, Claude Burrell (Mickey) of Summerville, Georgia.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jeanette Drew Burrell and Grady Lee Burrell, Sr. and his step-son, Trey Wind.
