James Steve "Jim" Geiger

James Steve “Jim” Geiger, 53, of Macon, Georgia, passed away unexpectedly Friday, April 8, 2022. Family will greet friends on Friday, April 15, 2022, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM, at Sardis-Heard Funeral Home.  Burial will be private at Red Bluff Cemetery in Soperton, Georgia.

Jim was a graduate of Jones County High School and studied at Central Georgia Technical College.

Jim is survived by his two sons, Robert Chad Geiger (Megan) of Gordon and Evan Jack Smith of Centerville; two grandchildren, Chad Geiger, Jr., and Emma Geiger; his parents, Jenny and Ronnie Nichols of Macon; and his aunt, Renee Geiger Leonard (Michael) of McAllen, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father, Danny Steve Geiger.
