Kevin Paul Key

Kevin Paul Key, 59, of Warner Robins, Georgia, passed away on November 5, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family. He was a beloved husband, father, Papa, uncle, and friend.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 5:00 PM, at Sardis Heard Funeral Home, with the Reverend Mark White officiating. The family will greet friends for a time of visitation following the service. The family requests that the attire be camo but not required.

Kevin was born on October 28, 1967, in Macon, Georgia, to Darla Hatcher Key and Lonnie Oliff Key, Sr. He was a Terminals Senior Reliability Specialist/ Mechanical Systems Technician.

Kevin will be remembered for his love of the outdoors, hunting, fishing, scalloping, and love for his family. He will also be remembered for all the little things that made him the person everyone knew and loved.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lonnie Oliff Key, Sr., and his brother, Lonnie Oliff Key, Jr.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 38 years, Gidget Key; his children, Jessica (Jacob) Williams and their children, Brantley, J.J., Jaxson, and Ellee; Justin (Delana) Key and their children, Harper, Sydney, and Millie; and Allison Key, AElka and Milo. He also leaves behind his mother, Darla Hatcher Key; brother, Brandon and Amy Key; his nephews, Lance Entrekin, and Wesley Key; and his nieces, Danielle Thompson, Loni Andrews, and Gracey and Dakota Ballard. He is also survived by extended family members and countless friends.

Though his loss will be deeply felt, his memory will continue to live on through the family and friends who loved him. He will be missed more than words can express and remembered always.
