Kimberly Johns

Kimberly Johns, 68, of Warner Robins, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2026. A Celebration of Life will be held from 4:00pm to 6:00pm, on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at Sardis Heard Funeral Home.

Kimberly was born on May 21, 1957, to the late Marlyn and Geraldine Richie Mickey. She graduated from Macon State College in 1986 with her bachelor’s degree in information technology. Kimberly later used her degree and creativity at Five Star Automotive as their IT specialist.

Kimberly was a “jack-of-many-trades” utilizing her creative talents to design crafts and fix things around the house. She also enjoyed writing and joined writing associations to further her skills and interact with other writers. She had a big heart but could be pretty stern when she needed to be. She loved motorcycles and anything Disney, especially Anastasia. Kimberly loved her family, and her grandchildren were her pride and joy of life. She will be greatly missed.

Kimberly is survived by her children, Aaron Martin (Marie) of Macon, and Jeff Johns of Warner Robins; several grandchildren; and her brothers, Dennis “Wink” Mickey of Iowa, and Marlyn Shawn Mickey of Illinois. In addition to her parents, Kimberly is preceded in death by her daughter, Amy E. Martin; her siblings, Kevin Mickey and Joni Mickey; and her fiancé, Paul Guldenschuh.
