Mr. Michael Andrew Nicholas, 75, of Macon, Georgia, passed away on April 1, 2025. Funeral services will be private, with Father Theodore Ehmer officiating. Mr. Nicholas will be laid to rest at Georgia Veterans Cemetery in Milledgeville, Georgia. He was a proud United States Marines and will receive military honors at graveside. Mr. Nicholas was born on September 14, 1949, in Macon, Georgia, to the late Nick P. and Carolyn Hosch Nicholas. He attended Lanier High School and then joined the Marines. Mr. Nicholas was a radio operator for the Marine Corp during the Vietnam War. Besides his dedication to the U.S. Marine Corps, he was the “Jack of all Trades’. He could fix anything. He will be greatly missed by his best friend of a lifetime, his own brother, Pete Nicholas.
Mr. Nicholas is survived by his brother, Pete, and his cousin Beverly Nicholas. He is preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Patsy Joy Nicholas.
