Robert Edward "Bobby" Randall, Jr.

Robert Edward “Bobby” Randall, Jr., 70, of Macon, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2024.  A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM, on Friday, January 19, 2024, at Sardis-Heard Funeral Home.  The family will greet friends for visitation one hour before the service.

Bobby was born in Macon, Georgia, on December 18, 1953, to Mrs. Betty Randall and the Late Robert Edward Randall, Sr. He was a 1971 graduate of Willingham High School, where he was a high school athlete.  He married his sweetheart, Betty Jo, and they were blessed with forty-eight years of marriage.

Bobby never met a stranger and would strike up a conversation with anyone.  Many say that is why he loved his job so much at Sherwin-Williams, where he worked for about fifteen years.  He loved helping clients pick out their colors for paint, all the while enjoying a conversation about the latest football game, weather, or life in general. Bobby loved sports and enjoyed playing golf, fishing, and being outdoors. Bobby was a Christian and he loved the Lord.  He was a member of Maynard Baptist Church, located in Forsyth, Georgia.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Jo Randall; his children, Robert Edward Randall III (Allison) and Michael Todd Randall (Jennifer); his three grandchildren, James Randall, Emma Randall, and Evan Randall; his mother, Ms. Betty Randall; his brother, Ted Randall (Shannon); his sister, Michelle Randall Washburn (Charles); his nieces, Hannah Potts (Tyler), Heather Swain (Mark); his nephews Michael Horton, Brandon Guice, and Coby Guice; his great nieces and nephews, Aubyn Guice, Olivia Britt, Asa Guice, Stella Guice, Susannah Guice, Madelyn Potts; his cousin, Pat Alligood; his brother-in-law, Danny Feltman (Carole), sister-in-law, Mary Feltman, and sister-in-law, Beverly Meninger; and his longtime friend, Bob Chambliss.
