Robert "Country" Stevenson

Robert “Country” Stevenson, 78, of Macon, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2024.  Robert was born in Taylorville, Illinois, on December 25, 1945, to the late Jim and Maggie Stevenson.  He was a proud veteran of the United States Army, where he was stationed in Germany. Robert retired from Brown and Williamson as a Senior Fab Technician. Some of his hobbies included working on cars in his younger years and admiring the workmanship of cars in his later years. Robert loved life and he loved his family. He will be greatly missed.

Robert is survived by his wife, Sue Stevenson; his five stepchildren; his grandchildren; his great grandchildren; and his sister, Linda Clark. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Joe Stevenson and John Stevenson.
