Tami Youman

Tami Youman, 67, of Macon, Georgia, passed away on Friday, September 18, 2026.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Tami was born on February 25, 1959, in Fort Valley, Georgia, to the late Seth and Dorothy Haslam. She was a graduate of Warner Robins High School and went to Macon Junior College and Georgia College where she earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology.

Tami founded Disability Connections to manage transportation services. She loved camping, kayaking, and traveling. She also loved her cats and was a very independent lady.

Tami is survived by her husband, Basil Youman of Macon; her brother, David Haslam (Lisa) of Woodbury, Georgia; her nephew, Lincoln Miller (Jennifer) of Macon; her brother-in-law, Farley Youman of Mableton, Georgia; and her best friend, Palmer Jones. She is preceded in death by her parents, Seth and Dorothy Haslam, hersister, Shari Brasch; and her friend, Terri Watson.
