Myrtie Mae "Boots" Nipper

Myrtie Mae “Boots” Nipper, 88, of Macon, Georgia, passed away on Friday, July 2, 2021. Funeral services will be held at 4:00PM Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at Sardis-Heard. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will greet friends one hour before the service at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at www.stjude.org.

Boots was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church.  

Boots is survived by her daughter, Vickie Smith (Danny) of Macon; two sons, Ronnie Nipper of Gray, Georgia, and Paul Gilbert Nipper (Phoebe) of Macon; grandchildren, Raymond Nipper (Karen), Dylan George (Katelyn), Kristin Scott (Pratt), Chassie Brinson (Ryan), and Brandon Nipper (Robin); great grandchildren, Ashlyn, Taylor, Holden, Baby George, Twins: Candon and Colton, Cohen, Barrett, Briggs, Bristol, and Waylon; sister, Esther Blume; and daughter-in-law, Sheila Wilford. She is predeceased by her husband, Robert Kenneth Nipper; son, Raymond “Ray” Nipper; daughter-in-law, Debbie Nipper; and seven siblings.
