Patsy Miller

Patsy Miller, 72, of Macon, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2023.  A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at 4:00 PM, at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, 7070 Houston Road, Macon, Georgia.  

Patsy was born in Macon, Georgia, to the Late William H. Brown and Regina Daniel Brown on August 27, 1950.  She graduated from Miller High School and married Louis C. Miller in 1978.  She and her husband had just celebrated their anniversary and were blessed with forty-five years together. Patsy was known as being friendly and never met a stranger. She absolutely loved to talk to anyone that would listen. She was a wonderful cook and one of her favorite things to cook was her delicious fried chicken (fried the right way).  She worked as an office assistant for most of her life. She loved her grandchildren dearly and she will be greatly missed.  

She is survived by her husband, Louis C. Miller, Jr.; her son, Danny Miller (Heather); grandchildren: Lauren, Coy, Will, Ashton, Coleman, Hunter, Tanner, Gracie, Lynsie, and Lettie; her niece Deborah Hammond (Bobby); and nephew, Todd Brown.  

In addition to her parents, Patsy was preceded in death by her son, Jason Rodney Miller; brother, Ferrell Brown; sister-in-law, Nina Brown; and her nephew, Keith Brown.  

Patsy’s family extends heartfelt gratitude to Renee, Jamie, Rena, Zulema, Robbie, Bobby, Jessica, Lauren and LaShaunda with Georgia Hospice Care (formerly Agape Care Group) and to Ms. Enid Freeman who made her final days a very peaceful time.  

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Georgia Hospice Care Serenity Foundation, 645 Tallulah Trail, Suite 202, Warner Robins, GA 31088. 

The family is having a visitation at the home of Danny and Heather Miller of Fort Valley, Georgia, following the service.
