Obituary
Wanda Sue Rogers, 81, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, went to be with her Lord and Savior on August 7, 2023, as she was surrounded by her daughters and family.
Wanda was born on April 26,1942, to James Franklin Watson and Eva Dora Wood in Oakfield, Georgia. She enjoyed fishing, camping and spending time with her husband, family and loved ones. Wanda was employed by and loved at Fox Appliance Parts in Macon, Georgia for 20 years.
Wanda was predeceased by her husband John William Rogers, her father James Franklin Watson, her mother Eva Dora Wood and her Stepmother Madeline Watson, and her brothers William Ronald Hattaway and James Franklin Watson, Jr. She is survived by her daughters Louise Thomas (Wayne Thomas), Sue Rogers Ross, Rhenda Rogers Mason (Robert Mason), her siblings Donald Lee Chumley (Marie Chumley), Barbara Ann Enlow, Teresa Elaine Bennett, Mary Julia Wyatt, as well as her beloved grandchildren Maria Thomas, Jeremy Thomas (Sara-Kate Thomas), Monica Hagley (John Hagley), Brandi Smith, Jared Ross, Katie Glover, fifteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
A private service for family only will be held in Macon, Georgia, on August 10, 2023.
